We really enjoyed working with Greg and Brent. We had so many companies give us estimates and it was as bad as buying a car. Some companies stayed for hours and refused to leave. Greg and Brent were efficient and didn’t pressure us. They helped me make decisions by giving me advice and I got exactly what I wanted for a very good price compared to others. Their install team was friendly and quick. We couldn’t find any issues with their work. I would highly recommend them and appreciated how easy they made it.

We had a great experience with Maintenance Free. There was a sizeable crew at our house, so they replaced all of +30 windows in one day. They removed/replaced a window at a time, so our home was not open to the elements for long. They did have to return two days later as two of our windows came in late, but those were replaced in <1hr. They cleaned up everything and took all the debris. And the windows look great. We can tell the difference in temperature and outside noise improvement. No regrets at all and we highly recommend.

Had a neighbor refer this company. Brent came and gave me the quote. They ordered my windows and when they arrived they were installed in one day. The crew hustled all day but did a great job. Love my damn windows. I had also ordered a garden window and it took longer to get but well worth the wait. Everyone needs to have a garden window in your kitchen. Of course the crew had it installed in no time. Thanks guys

They put over 40 windows in a family members home home and they look amazing. The installation team was confident and communicated well, everything was caulked up and sealed meticulously and they cleaned up when they were done. Please look better after they left. We couldn't be happier with our windows and the whole process! I appreciate Brent's honesty about both the product and the process. We love that the windows open top and bottom, sliding screens, both panels flip out allowing for easy cleaning and energy efficient (cool to the touch even in Ga summer sun!). They are sturdy, beautiful and well made. Florencio and his team were so nice and helpful with the install. They were professional, friendly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. 100% happy customers!

We had a wonderful experience with Window Depot. Brent was very responsive and easy to work with on the sales side. Florencio and his team were very professional during the installation. They arrived on time, were very respectful in our home, cleaned up after themselves, and were quick to fix the few minor things we saw (a couple of smudges here and there, and some additional caulk needed on a couple of windows.) Florencio even fixed a large window installed improperly by another company. Greg was wonderful throughout the whole process, constantly communicating with us as we waited for the supplier to produce our windows. We will definitely use this company again.

We had a great experience. Brent was our sales person and was very friendly and informative and did not feel like a sleazy salesman. There were no high pressure sales tactics. He knew we were getting quotes from several companies. His demeanor, their product, and competitive pricing were all contributors to our final decision. We had all the windows in our home replaced and it was scheduled to take 4 days. Due to our travel schedule we only were going to be home for 2 days. Greg put two teams on the job and they completed the project in 2 days. All the men who worked in our home were friendly, and efficient. It was actually fun to watch them work. You can tell they all work together well and enjoy what they do. The team lead was Florencio and he was excellent. He made sure everything was done with excellence. We highly recommend them.

The windows are beautiful, the communication was great, the crew worked hard and finished the entire home in two days and the pricing was amongst the most competitive. We used Window Depot. We had 3 different companies give us quotes and based our decision on cost and quality. All companies we had out had the same basic window to offer so that left us with price. The person with Window Depot who came out (Brent Cassidy) worked with us to cut cost and suggested ways that the other companies did not. For example, we have a large window up front that is curved. Window Depot cut our cost by suggesting ordering one square window and one 1/2 round as opposed to a special order one piece. Saved us a few hundred. They offered further discounts if paid in full, by a certain date, do 1/2 house, most needed windows to be replaced etc. as far as installation (our team lead was Florencio), they did a fabulous job and worked with me around my work schedule to stay out of the office when I had conference calls and reduced noise to a minimum at that time. We did 1/2 house and one back window that was badly rotten and it was done in less than a day. We will use them again for when it’s time for the rest of the windows. They followed up after installation as well to make sure we were happy. All around great people and company.

It started with the salesman, Brent, who was extremely knowledgeable and a very good spokesman for this company. The installation was professional with excellent communication on what to expect and how long it would take. The hype was definitely not my experience! Not quite sure about these reviews, mine is real life. After booking the appointment, taking time off from work to meet, and hearing the nice sales pitch on 12/9/20, I was impressed! Never received the promised estimate via email so asked for it on 12/24, and received. Responded saying I wanted to add more windows to the order, and received a timely response from sales rep saying he would run it by management. I THEN received another email on 12/28, saying after consideration and an error on their end, they could not accommodate me because I had vinyl siding and they cannot replace required "J-channel"??? So they can't replace my existing VINYL windows with new VINYL windows because my house has VINYL siding? Very strange!? I have since gotten a couple more estimates and this is not an issue with any other company out there! Save you time and don't even bother with these guys. Time is too precious to waste. They are also known as Maintenance Free Window Company.

We needed 20+ windows replaced and Maintenance Free Window Company did a fantastic job. It was also very affordable and reasonably priced. Any delays by the manufacturer on the creation of our windows was communicated to us in a timely manner. As for the actual installation, Florencio who was the team lead did a great job communicating and answered any questions we had. Florencio and team were all professional and great to work with during the installation as well. We love our new windows and would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

In the beginning I Googled different window companies and Window Depot had excellent reviews. Once I met with Brent, he made every effort to be competitive and was very honest in the time line for the windows to be installed. From there Greg came out, measured the windows and also confirmed the time line for installing the windows. Greg then kept me updated on the window manufacturer and when to expect the windows to come in. Even with the virus, the job was done within the original time line. The quality of the installation was excellent and Jamison and Celio(?) were great to work with as well. All Window Depot are very professional.

This is the second window installation at our home. We have worked with the same sales person for each purchase. The first visit provided the education needed on the window components, right type of window for our home and garage. The pricing was competitive and a worthwhile investment.The second installation, provided the level of customer service received the first time over 5 years ago. We received a text message alerting us the installers, led by Florencio, were on the way, they arrived on time, were extremely neat in caring for our home. The attention to detail was excellent. The caulking lines were clean leaving a professional finish on each window. All the warranty documentation was explained. We also had a window replacement done under the previous warranty that was honored at no cost. Our experience has been very positive. We thank the team for an A+ job.

My experience with Window Depot USA of Atlanta was very good. I got a quick and honest (and very competitive) quote on the work that needed to be done, which was replacement of my old windows and a sliding door from a 1964 brick ranch that had its original windows in it. Following the order, the installation team (led by Jamison) came out a few weeks later and did a very professional job installing the windows. They looked great and immediately transformed the house. I had a couple of minor issues that needed follow up (such as some re-caulking in a few spots and making the sliding door latch and lock better), and the service technician (Billy) came out right away and took care of it. Great windows, great look, and great, professional service at a competitive price.

I was informed of Covid challenges up front - and there was a delay in getting windows due to Covid-19 - but it was well communicated. The installation team was very professional, came on time.
